Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the delivery of hard services, critical operations, and asset planning for a property portfolio
  • Develop financial plans for cost control and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
  • Lead and support the organization in continuous improvement and ensure effective relationships with key client contacts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial high-rise or facility management, with at least 6 years at the Facility Manager level
  • Broad commercial real estate and financial background with expertise in facility/property operation and management
  • Project/construction management experience desired
  • Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) preferred
