Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new Consumer client accounts and provide training and user setup
• Troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, ensuring mitigation steps are taken
• Recommend process improvements and formalize new processes while understanding risk and impact to the business

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience (preferred)
