Job Summary
A company is looking for an IS Operations Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new Consumer client accounts and provide training and user setup
- Troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, ensuring mitigation steps are taken
- Recommend process improvements and formalize new processes while understanding risk and impact to the business
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience (preferred)
