Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional WFM Manager to optimize workforce planning and management across a specific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive workforce strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end WFM operations, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adjustments
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and operations management
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership position
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher; additional languages are a plus
