A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities of Operations Coordinators and Leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all work activities of the functional area and establish work schedules
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and maintain equipment and machinery
- Supervise personnel, manage performance, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1-3 years of experience supervising workers in a related work environment
- Experience supervising a workforce of 15 to 50 subordinates
- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Budgeting responsibilities and personnel management experience
