Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities of Operations Coordinators and Leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all work activities of the functional area and establish work schedules
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and maintain equipment and machinery
• Supervise personnel, manage performance, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience supervising workers in a related work environment
• Experience supervising a workforce of 15 to 50 subordinates
• Understanding of OSHA requirements
• Budgeting responsibilities and personnel management experience
