Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Practice Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage KPIs of operational team members in the population health clinic
• Create and implement data-driven staffing and resource plans in collaboration with relevant teams
• Develop and manage a multi-state clinical licensing strategy for national coverage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• 3+ years of experience in population health, chronic disease management, or care coordination
• Proven ability to use data analytics for reporting and interpretation
• Strong understanding of value-based care models
• Experience with EHR systems and care management data analytics tools
