Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst II to research and analyze enrollment data and business processes for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Researches and analyzes data and business processes to develop and implement process improvements
- Participates in projects to identify business requirements and implement new technology
- Prepares reports and status updates for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in health plan or health insurance operations
- Experience in enrollment, billing, and/or claims processing preferred
- Ability to create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
- Experience in researching and analyzing data for process improvement preferred
