Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst II to research and analyze enrollment data and business processes for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes data and business processes to develop and implement process improvements
• Participates in projects to identify business requirements and implement new technology
• Prepares reports and status updates for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in health plan or health insurance operations
• Experience in enrollment, billing, and/or claims processing preferred
• Ability to create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
• Experience in researching and analyzing data for process improvement preferred
