A company is looking for a Retail Operations Analyst to enhance operational efficiency in the Retail & Rental division.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data on labor usage, operational costs, and scheduling to improve store operations
- Partner with teams to optimize labor scheduling and identify trends for productivity improvements
- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in operations analysis within the retail or rental industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with labor management and scheduling systems
- Experience in the ski industry or seasonal retail operations preferred
