Operations Analyst with Background Check

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Operations Analyst to enhance operational efficiency in the Retail & Rental division.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data on labor usage, operational costs, and scheduling to improve store operations
• Partner with teams to optimize labor scheduling and identify trends for productivity improvements
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in operations analysis within the retail or rental industry preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Familiarity with labor management and scheduling systems
• Experience in the ski industry or seasonal retail operations preferred
