Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee the culture, engagement, and performance of the campaign.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team leads to efficiently manage associates and meet performance standards
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee experience while ensuring client expectations are met
  • Guide the team in achieving performance metrics and lead audits for process improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a Contact Center Sales Operations Management role preferred
  • 3+ years in an Operations Manager/Leadership role required
  • Experience managing contact centers with over 200 employees
  • Advanced understanding of Contact Center Workforce Management and IT/Telephony systems
