- Develop and maintain a positive employee experience while ensuring client expectations are met
- Guide the team in achieving performance metrics and lead audits for process improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a Contact Center Sales Operations Management role preferred
- 3+ years in an Operations Manager/Leadership role required
- Experience managing contact centers with over 200 employees
- Advanced understanding of Contact Center Workforce Management and IT/Telephony systems
