Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support partnerships and improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial operations including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and forecasting
  • Handle high-volume data entry with accuracy, meeting timelines and compliance metrics
  • Develop operational processes for improving existing operations or launching new services/partners
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in financial reporting and/or operations
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial or analytical field
  • Prior experience in small companies or start-ups; experience with marketplaces is a plus
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for marketplaces and on-demand services
