A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support partnerships and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and forecasting
- Handle high-volume data entry with accuracy, meeting timelines and compliance metrics
- Develop operational processes for improving existing operations or launching new services/partners
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in financial reporting and/or operations
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial or analytical field
- Prior experience in small companies or start-ups; experience with marketplaces is a plus
- Exceptional quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for marketplaces and on-demand services
