Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support quality initiatives within assigned areas
• Serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing, and implementation
• Provide subject matter expertise related to quality initiative implementation, reporting, and analysis

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three years of experience in operations, IT, or reporting
• Experience in claims auditing and health plan operations
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Excel pivot tables)
• No specific certification or licensure requirements
