Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-regional AdOps initiatives and drive process evolution
- Oversee global rollout of SOPs, training materials, and tooling adoption frameworks
- Manage KPI ownership and maintain global reporting dashboards for campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 6-8 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations or Strategic Operations roles
- Deep familiarity with digital media delivery mechanics and campaign performance reporting
- Experience in managing cross-regional processes and scaling operational programs
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and reporting platforms
