Job Summary
A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Specialist to support clients and partners with payment processing and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist newly signed accounts in implementing point-of-sale solutions and enable payment processing
- Provide training and support for clients on device activation and related solutions
- Maintain merchant records in Salesforce and create documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of five (5) years in Operations experience, with two (2) years in a client support role preferred
- Strong expertise in creating documentation and delivering training materials
- Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments
