Merchant Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Specialist to support clients and partners with payment processing and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist newly signed accounts in implementing point-of-sale solutions and enable payment processing
• Provide training and support for clients on device activation and related solutions
• Maintain merchant records in Salesforce and create documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of five (5) years in Operations experience, with two (2) years in a client support role preferred
• Strong expertise in creating documentation and delivering training materials
• Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments
