Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Operations Support Specialist to provide operational support to the Business Technical Team within Producer Solutions Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily technical support functions to maintain service levels and system functionality
• Act as a liaison between business teams, business analysts, and IT teams, providing business process expertise
• Research technical issues and new requests, providing analysis and impact assessments to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 1-3+ years of experience in Operations related processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to analyze and validate business/functional requirements
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
