Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations across assigned markets
• Conduct performance analysis and provide strategic advice to senior management regarding revenue management
• Lead and develop staff while ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree preferred
• Experience managing physician revenue cycle with knowledge of major payers, including Medicaid
• AthenaOne EMR experience required
• Minimum of seven years of experience managing large, multi-specialty physician groups
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
