Job Summary

• Support execution of operational workstreams and contribute to client operating plans
• Develop and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and enhancing communication dashboards
• Facilitate internal governance, participate in client meetings, and manage operational relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of client-facing experience in the healthcare domain
• Experience with health systems in strategy, operations, or finance
• Knowledge in areas such as Medicare Advantage, managed care regulations, and population management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships in a dynamic environment
