Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Manager to oversee performance deliverables and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify trends and improvement areas
• Manage account communications and develop performance monitoring mechanisms, including dashboards and reports
• Identify training needs and implement quality and risk management strategies across the account

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance management and related roles
• Knowledge of performance management methodologies (e.g., OKRs, Balanced Scorecard)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., KPI Professional, Six Sigma) are a plus
• Strong project management and leadership skills
