Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Service Response Manager to oversee Plant Operations & Maintenance activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a vendor network to fulfill client work requests across multiple locations
  • Ensure compliance with contract obligations and conduct operational audits to maintain service quality
  • Support the training and development of service coordinators while fostering effective communication with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college preferred
  • 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
  • Working knowledge of facility-related equipment such as boilers and HVAC/R required
  • Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferred
  • 1 year of experience in mentoring and developing direct reports preferred
