A company is looking for a Facilities Service Response Manager to oversee Plant Operations & Maintenance activities remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a vendor network to fulfill client work requests across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with contract obligations and conduct operational audits to maintain service quality
- Support the training and development of service coordinators while fostering effective communication with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college preferred
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Working knowledge of facility-related equipment such as boilers and HVAC/R required
- Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferred
- 1 year of experience in mentoring and developing direct reports preferred
