Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and loan originators, ensuring effective communication throughout the loan process
• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy, addressing discrepancies and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Ensure timely closing of loans by meeting deadlines and providing regular updates to borrowers and realtors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conventional mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations
• Working knowledge of Encompass and major investors' guidelines
