Operations Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Sr. Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the receipt, loading, and validation of EDI transaction files for accurate billing
• Identify production issues and optimization opportunities through technical solutions
• Coordinate UAT testing and maintain operational readiness for new products and market entries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Information Technology or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in the Energy Sector
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of utility RTO tariffs and EDI mapping guidelines preferred
• Understanding of IT Development Life Cycle is a plus
