Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Non-Clinical Operations SA/PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure secure, reliable access to data while protecting member privacy according to HIPAA regulations
• Oversee offshore retrieval team process from contacting providers to ensuring proper processing of medical charts
• Manage and perform medical chart retrieval, including monitoring retrieval status and reporting on overall success

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required
• Previous experience in medical chart retrieval and supervisory roles
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Basic understanding of computer communication
• Effective verbal communication skills
