Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Operations Manager, Cyber & Data Resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic projects from inception to conclusion, including revenue forecasting and process enhancements
• Collaborate with the Cyber & Data Resilience Operations Strategy team to analyze data and drive performance
• Manage client-facing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery while fostering relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions or business-oriented roles focused on productivity and quality
• Strong understanding of IT and Project Management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing new processes and governance
• Interest in Cybersecurity is encouraged
