Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of approximately 20 claims processors in the Self-Funded segment of the Health Insurance industry
- Oversee and optimize operational aspects of service delivery to ensure efficient healthcare services
- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor service quality and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in claims operations
- Healthcare industry experience, with TPA experience in self-funding highly preferred
- Prior leadership experience managing a large team
- Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
- Adept at execution, business intelligence, and collaboration
