A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to shape the operational rhythm and strategic direction of the Global Consumer Insights team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence through biweekly operations reviews and management of the GCI Scorecard
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and optimize team workflows using project management tools
- Develop engaging content for internal communications and coordinate consumer insights delivery to teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven operational or strategic planning experience, preferably in the software industry
- Training and/or experience in agile methodologies, organizational strategy, and operations management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for translating insights into actionable plans
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams
