Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the Executive Team (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Join engineering, AI, and product meetings to distill key takeaways and follow-ups
• Own and maintain internal execution trackers to ensure deliverables stay on schedule
• Identify risks or blockers and follow up with stakeholders to maintain project velocity

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Clear interest in and ability to learn technical domains, particularly AI and game systems
• Proactive and resourceful, comfortable working with ambiguity
• Skilled in collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Jira
