A company is looking for an Experience Services Analyst to create and implement Workplace Experience programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify materials needed for effective program execution through evaluations and research
- Collect and analyze data on workplace experience and develop performance indicators
- Assist in developing and executing programs to enhance client and visitor satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education
- Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Experience in analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
