Mortgage Closing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Supervisor who will oversee the Closing team and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Closing team and provide coaching and training
• Review and resolve escalations from internal and external partners in a timely manner
• Manage workloads and team member timecards while performing disciplinary actions as needed

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in mortgage closing and funding
• Extensive knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including TRID regulations
• Management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of lending guidelines across multiple states is a plus
