Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director Operations to lead Emergency Services implementation and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage implementation and operational metrics/KPIs/OKRs for Emergency Services
- Provide leadership and management to implementation and operations teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee program management, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies for complex deployments and operational initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in leading Emergency Services (9-1-1) solutions implementation and operations
- In-depth expertise in 9-1-1 FCC regulations, NENA standards, and Next Generation911 technologies
- Strong background in program and project management, with experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large-scale customer onboarding processes
