Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Manager to oversee healthcare subrogation operations across various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee subrogation operations, managing internal teams and vendor partners for recovery efforts
• Direct the identification and resolution of subrogation cases across multiple liability types
• Develop policies and workflows to ensure efficient and compliant subrogation operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare subrogation or legal recovery
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing staff and vendors
• Experience in a Managed Care Organization (MCO) or health plan environment
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and recovery strategies
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to subrogation
