Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Manager to lead communications and customer engagement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop communications and messaging for the business priorities and mission
- Manage internal and external communications, including social media presence and engagement with executive-sponsored customer accounts
- Coordinate customer engagement strategies and manage customer issues directed towards the OU Leader
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
- 3+ years in communications, program management, or business operations
- Knowledge of corporate organization and culture
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- U.S. citizenship verification is required due to legal restrictions
