Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acting Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and program oversight aligned with the Country Strategic Plan (CSP)
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative, evidence-based programs that prioritize sustainability and community engagement
• Manage departmental performance, risk management, and effective collaboration across various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Relevant University degree, preferably a master's in social sciences
• A minimum of 20 years of leadership and senior management experience in social impact strategy and implementation
• At least 10 years of experience in developing and directing programs related to children's issues
• Strong understanding of localization, ecosystem partnerships, and program design in a non-profit setting
• Proficient in developing and managing monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems
