Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to support military training and operations in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MTC Operations and Training on-site during standard operating hours
• Supervise Contractor support for day-to-day MTC operations and training
• Schedule and coordinate MTC resources and manage the training request process

Required Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military schooling preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience with military training and support operations
• 5 years of operations management experience
• 3 years of experience with military simulations within the last 10 years
