Vendor Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including evaluation, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding
• Review and manage vendor contracts and compliance-related records
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to protect organizational interests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, compliance, or procurement, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare and pharmaceuticals
• Experience conducting audits and managing compliance documentation
• Proficiency with vendor management systems and compliance tracking tools
