Key Responsibilities
- Review and route consult requests from primary care providers to specialists
- Ensure consult requests are complete and respond to client inquiries
- Track and document provider interactions and manage outreach efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare administrative experience or equivalent education and work history
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Medical Assistant certification or higher (preferred)
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of CMS programs or HEDIS measures (not required)
