Traffic Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Traffic Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily program logs for radio stations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Schedule and process radio commercials and provide inventory insights to station management
• Collaborate with programming staff to ensure accurate hourly clocks and reconcile daily logs

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in data entry with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with industry tools such as Wide Orbit, Mr. Master, or vCreative is a plus
