A company is looking for a Senior Director, Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage supplier performance while overseeing the environmental and safety program
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients
- Manage the development and oversight of capital and operating budgets for the facility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of facility management experience, including knowledge of building systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Experience working with subcontractors/vendors to support safety objectives
