Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage supplier performance while overseeing the environmental and safety program
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients
  • Manage the development and oversight of capital and operating budgets for the facility
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of facility management experience, including knowledge of building systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Experience working with subcontractors/vendors to support safety objectives
