Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist III to manage foreclosure processes and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with governmental agencies and clients to resolve foreclosure issues and minimize risks
• Provide status updates and ensure compliance with guidelines for foreclosure processes
• Support and train junior Foreclosure Specialists and manage attorney communications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 3+ years of foreclosure or mortgage default experience
• Knowledge of mortgage banking regulations and foreclosure processes
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and best servicing practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
