Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations - Correctional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of operations, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service with full P&L accountability
• Drive new sales growth and ensure exceptional customer service delivery
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies in collaboration with senior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree desired
• 10-12 years of progressive general management experience with full P&L responsibility, preferably in food, facilities, or retail service sectors
• Proven leadership experience in managing effective client relationships
• Strong business planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects remotely
• Established capability to select top talent and foster a productive work environment
