Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of clinical supplies management
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with vendor management for outsourced clinical supplies services
- Ensure compliance with company practices and client requirements while managing purchase orders and vendor interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications may be required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of the clinical supply process, including manufacturing and logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with moderate supervision
