A company is looking for a Setup Operations Manager to lead the Embedded Setup team and enhance partner enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Embedded Setup team to ensure accurate and timely employer setups via partners
- Develop and execute strategies for transitioning setups from company-run to partner-owned implementations
- Design scalable training programs and improve setup tooling and automation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or related fields, including 2+ years in a management role
- Deep knowledge of payroll complexities and configurations
- Experience in building and delivering training programs for external partners
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage day-to-day operations
- Technical fluency with operational tools and comfort with learning new technologies
