Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Field Team Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and information to enhance the effectiveness of the Field Team Operations Managers
  • Plan team meetings, manage expense reports, and analyze data in WISE reports
  • Represent the Managers to others and coordinate scheduling and project management tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Calendar and Drive
  • Experience in organization, time management, and project coordination
  • Strong administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Experience or knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is a plus
  • Must reside in Virginia and be available for occasional in-person meetings
