Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Manager to support its program in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Process travel requests and bookings, ensuring compliance with policies and obtaining necessary approvals
- Audit expense reports for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with travelers to resolve issues
- Onboard new hires and ensure completion of onboarding requirements while coordinating with various managers
Required Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of program support experience in HR administration, scheduling, and operations
- Skilled in budget preparation, cost control, and performance reporting
- Experience with travel booking and knowledge of Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)
