Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of loan boarding analysts and transfer coordinators
• Create and maintain scheduling and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and offboarding activities
• Conduct team meetings and individual check-ins to support and guide team members

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of management experience
• 3-4+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• Basic domain knowledge of mortgage servicing industry concepts
• Experience with creating and maintaining SOPs and training documentation
• Experience in team management within servicing transfers
