Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce professionals
• Proven success in leading Salesforce platform strategy in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in configuring Salesforce and supporting scalable solutions
• Strong knowledge of user access controls, roles/profiles, and automation
