Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Operations Coordinator who will focus on Medicaid appeals and manage various operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with CMS and governmental entities to obtain information and respond to inquiries
  • Ensure contract compliance by monitoring deliverables and communicating Medicare change requests
  • Coordinate and manage project logistics, including meetings and communications with internal staff and external partners
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in business preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position or equivalent education and experience
  • Prior experience working on government contracts is essential
  • Working knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid protocols for Fraud and Abuse investigations is preferred
