Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the work of the business team to meet quality and productivity goals
• Provides training and guidance to staff, ensuring performance improvement and skill development
• Monitors key performance indicators and prepares budget reports to identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a professional business environment
• Preferred three to five years of supervisory experience
• Preferred three to five years of experience in the health insurance industry
• Experience in medical claims processing and extensive knowledge of related software is required
