Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Administrator to manage the grants portfolio pre and post award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of grant administration, including application processes and monitoring progress
  • Facilitate grant kickoff activities and ensure compliance with agency requirements
  • Train and coach staff on effective grant management and maintain databases for tracking grant health


Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 6 years of experience in grant proposal development and administration, with 8+ years preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding fiscal management of funds
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and sustain partnerships with funders and partner organizations
