Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grant Administrator to manage the grants portfolio pre and post award.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of grant administration, including application processes and monitoring progress
- Facilitate grant kickoff activities and ensure compliance with agency requirements
- Train and coach staff on effective grant management and maintain databases for tracking grant health
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 6 years of experience in grant proposal development and administration, with 8+ years preferred
- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding fiscal management of funds
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to develop and sustain partnerships with funders and partner organizations
