Key Responsibilities

• Lead carrier relationships and establish a unified management and pricing strategy for global shipments
• Conduct audits of current carrier relationships and negotiate contracts for cost improvements
• Launch and scale a US domestic parcel program aligned with international shipping models

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in small parcel, LTL/TL, and air freight within North America and globally
• Proven history of negotiating with major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL
• Strong analytical skills with experience in rate tables and TMS data
• Demonstrated results in achieving cost savings and performance gains
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments with evolving systems
