Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Strategy Manager to oversee a team providing workplace advice to corporate occupiers of commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Contribute to strategic planning for optimizing clients' property portfolios and guide clients on workplace adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate team performance and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
