Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deployment Coordinator to manage and streamline external logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all outbound shipments and deliveries from third-party logistics providers
• Serve as the primary liaison for external logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
• Analyze freight bills and invoices, resolving discrepancies with accounts payable and vendor partners

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain coordination experience required; telecommunications industry experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record in logistics or supply chain coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with familiarity in ERP systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
