Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure service level agreements are met by monitoring team performance, productivity, and quality targets
• Conduct daily and weekly coding performance reviews to meet KPIs
• Address moderate to complex coding workflow issues and lead project plans for resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, or CCS accepted
• Medical coding experience in a healthcare setting with leadership experience in acute-care coding management
• Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint for client-facing presentations
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
